The fruit is delicious fresh and is also ideal for baking, preserving and jams. Requiring approximately 400β500 chill hours, it is best suited to cooler areas such as the Granite Belt and Toowoomba region in Queensland, the Southern Tablelands and higher inland areas of New South Wales, and much of inland and regional Victoria.
