Australian Indigo (Indigofera australis)

Australian Indigo, Indigofera australis, is a graceful Australian native shrub with soft green foliage and delicate sprays of pink to mauve pea-shaped flowers. Growing to around 1–2m high and wide, it is ideal for native gardens, cottage-style plantings, mixed borders, habitat gardens and informal screening. Best grown in full sun to part shade in well-drained soil, it is hardy once established and adds a soft, natural look to the garden.
